All purchases of Cookt Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this policy.

- 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of each payment
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately upon refund
3. ANNUAL PLAN (€69/year)
- 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately upon refund
4. AFTER THE GUARANTEE PERIOD
If you request a refund after the applicable guarantee period:

- Pro-rated refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- We aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases

When a refund is processed:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan (7 AI recipe imports and 30 AI chat messages per month)
- No data is deleted — all your recipes, tags, and organization remain intact
- You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time
